How Shopsy labels differ from Flipkart's
Shopsy shares Flipkart's logistics stack, but its label pages are laid out on their own sheet size, so a crop window tuned for Flipkart can clip a Shopsy label's edge. The Shopsy engine uses the same proven pipeline with the Shopsy geometry — each label is cropped to its own page and each invoice to its own page, so nothing gets cut off.

Invoices: attached or removed, your call
Shopsy labels commonly need their invoice packaged with the parcel. With Include Invoice on, each invoice is detected and stays stapled to its own label through sorting — the packer always has product details next to the right address, even mid-sort.
If your process packs the invoice separately, leave the option off and the download contains labels only, cutting paper use on the packing bench to just what must print.
A4 versus 4×6 thermal
For inkjet or laser A4 printing, four cropped labels per sheet is the sweet spot: scannable, easy to cut along the gutters, and a fraction of the paper the raw download uses. For a 4×6 direct-thermal printer, keep Labels/Page at 1 — the cropped single-label page matches the roll size, so the driver prints it cleanly at actual size.
Whichever you choose, always print at Actual size / 100%. Fit to page shrinks the barcode below scanner tolerance — the leading cause of scan failures at courier hubs.
Common problems and quick fixes
Barcode does not scan: reprint at Actual size; if it still fails, clean the printer head or raise print quality.
Invoices sitting among labels when you wanted none: re-run with Include Invoice off — no need to re-download the source.
Labels off-centre on the sheet: your printer defaulted to Letter or applied fit-to-page. Set A4 and Actual size, then reprint.
Numbering restarted mid-run: order numbers run continuously only for files uploaded in the same session — upload the day's files together.
