Why we built LabelCrop

LabelCrop started with a packing-table problem. Every evening, dozens of Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho orders meant downloading one PDF per order, printing each label on a full A4 sheet, and trimming white borders by hand before a single parcel was sealed. The printing itself was slow, and the cutting was slower still.

We looked for a tool that would crop the labels for us. What we found was either paid, clunky, or sent our order data to an unknown server. So we built the simple thing we actually wanted: a free, browser-based cropper that detects each label on a page, crops off the empty borders automatically, and lays the results out four per A4 sheet — or one per page for 4×6 thermal printers.

Who it is for

LabelCrop is made for Indian e-commerce sellers and small packing teams on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, Delhivery, Snapdeal, Ajio, Myntra, Jiomart and GlowRoad. It is equally useful to a one-person home seller dispatching a handful of orders and to a small warehouse team processing hundreds of labels during a sale event.

What makes it different

  • Free with no account: no sign-up, no trial timer, no watermark on your labels.
  • Private by design: for most platforms your PDF is processed in your own browser, so order details and customer addresses never leave your computer.
  • Seller features that pay for themselves: SKU and pickup sorting, order-number stamping, per-SKU packing summaries and invoice handling are included, not gated behind a paid plan.
  • Print-reliability focus: output is sized for actual-size printing, which is what keeps barcodes scannable at the courier counter.

How we keep it honest

The site is entirely free, which also means it carries advertising to cover hosting. We do not sell order data, and there is no paid tier hiding the features you need.
