How to crop Delhivery shipping labels in 4 steps
- 1. Download the manifest. Get the combined Delhivery shipping label PDF from your seller panel or courier portal.
- 2. Upload it above. Drag and drop the PDF — cropping happens locally in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
- 3. Pick your options. Trim the white space, add order numbers, optionally stamp the print date & time, choose Labels/Page 1 or 4, and sort by SKU or payment.
- 4. Print. Download and print on A4 paper or 4×6 thermal labels at Actual size.
Why sellers use LabelCrop for Delhivery labels
Delhivery's standard PDF puts every label on a page padded with white space — over a day's dispatches that white space is wasted thermal media, and on A4 it shifts the label off the ideal printing position. Cropping each page down to the label fixes both at once.
Delhivery is one of only two marketplaces we crop entirely in your browser. There is no upload step at all: the pages are read, cropped and rebuilt locally, so consignee addresses and phone numbers never touch a network. That makes it safe even on a shared courier-office computer.
Everything else is included and free — order numbers, SKU sorting, print date & time and the summary page. No sign-up, no watermark.
Who is this tool for?
Built for sellers shipping via Delhivery, courier franchise desks and packing stations that print daily label batches and want to keep consignee data fully local.
What a Delhivery label manifest looks like
When you batch-generate labels for the day's orders, most seller panels hand you one combined PDF with a label per page (or a small stack of pages per order). Each label carries the consignee block, the AWB and a barcode, surrounded by margin that does nothing on a 4×6 roll or an A4 label sheet.
The Delhivery crop reads every page, finds the label region, trims the margins, and — when you include invoices — keeps each order's pages together so the packer always has the right details with the right parcel.
Thermal printing: the quick win
Sellers shipping with Delhivery often run direct-thermal printers, and raw A4-style PDFs are the single biggest headache on those rolls — the driver either scales the page down or the label prints in the wrong corner. Crop first with Labels/Page = 1 and the page size matches the 4×6 roll, so virtually any thermal driver prints it cleanly at actual size.
On paper A4, switch to Labels/Page = 4 for four labels per sheet. Either way, print at Actual size — never Fit to page — so the barcode keeps its scan tolerance.
Privacy, by architecture
Unlike server-side croppers, this tool performs every operation locally. The bytes that make up your label PDF enter the browser, are processed by the page's own code, and leave as the finished download — they are never transmitted, cached or logged anywhere else.
That matters on Delhivery shipments in particular, because each label carries a customer's full name, address, pincode and phone number — the exact data an e-commerce seller does not want flowing through a third-party server.
Common problems and quick fixes
Barcode does not scan: reprint at Actual size. If it still fails, clean the printer head or raise print quality — a faded bar reads as badly as a shrunk one.
Labels look off-centre: the printer defaulted to Letter paper or applied fit-to-page. Set A4 and Actual size, then reprint.
Invoices appearing among the labels: toggle Include Invoice off if you pack invoices separately, or on if the packer needs them at hand.
Order numbers restarted mid-run: numbering is continuous across all files uploaded in the same session — load the day's files together.
Frequently asked questions
Is this Delhivery label crop tool free?
Yes. Crop unlimited Delhivery shipping label PDFs for free — no sign-up, no watermark and no paid tier of any kind.
Do my files get uploaded anywhere?
No. Delhivery labels are cropped entirely in your browser on the client side — the pages never leave your device, so consignee addresses and phone numbers are never transmitted anywhere. Delhivery is one of only two platforms we process this way.
Why crop Delhivery labels at all?
Delhivery's label sheets surround each label with a wide white margin. Printed raw, that wastes thermal media, shifts barcodes to the wrong spot on A4, and forces hand-trimming. Cropping removes only empty space — the barcode and address block stay exactly as generated.
Can I print cropped labels on a thermal printer?
Yes. Cropped single-label pages feed 4×6 thermal printers directly — set Labels/Page to 1. For office A4 printing, use Labels/Page = 4 for four labels per sheet with clean cutting gutters.
What is the Print Date & Time option?
Delhivery is one of the few tools where the date/time stamp is genuinely supported (alongside Amazon and Snapdeal). Tick it and every cropped label gets the print date and time, which helps when you need to prove when a dispatch batch was prepared.
Do I need to install any software?
No. The tool runs directly in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on desktop and mobile — everything happens in the browser tab itself.
How many labels can I crop at once?
Upload the full combined manifest PDF and every page is detected and cropped automatically in one pass. Order numbering continues across all files you upload in the same session.
Can I add a summary page or sort by SKU?
Yes. Sort by SKU, payment or both, and optionally append a summary page that totals quantity per SKU across the batch. Both are free and included.
