How to crop Amazon shipping labels in 4 steps
- 1. Download your labels from Seller Central. Tick the orders you are about to ship and download the combined shipping label PDF — one file holds every order's label and its invoice.

What a combined Amazon label PDF actually contains
Download a batch of shipping labels from Seller Central and you get one multi-page file. Each order usually appears as an A4 sheet carrying the shipping label itself — barcode, AWB, seller and buyer details — plus its share of the paperwork. With some orders the tax invoice comes as full-width pages that run to several sheets ("Page 1 of 2", "Page 2 of 2") rather than sharing the label page.
The tool reads every page, finds the label region, and crops it without resampling the barcode. Invoice content is re-flushed cleanly and grouped with its own label, so each order ends up as one recognizable group — even the label-only orders whose SKU details live on a later full-page invoice sheet.
Why the 10 MB total file-size limit exists
Render-heavy PDFs grow fast — a few hundred orders with multiple invoice pages can easily exceed five megabytes. Processing one giant run risks timeouts on slow connections, so we cap the total at 10 MB and ask you to split larger batches.
Splitting costs you nothing on sequencing: numbers are assigned after sorting in the order you see on screen, and "Order - N" keeps counting across all files processed in the same session. Run part one, then part two — the numbering continues seamlessly.
Thermal versus A4 for Amazon labels
On A4 office paper, four cropped labels per sheet is the sweet spot — scannably large, easy to cut along the gutters, and cheap to print on any inkjet or laser machine.
If you run a 100×150 mm (4×6) direct-thermal printer, keep Labels/Page at 1. The cropped single-label pages already match thermal roll size, so the driver prints them at actual size without any template setup, and you never fight with white margins again.
Common problems and quick fixes
Barcode does not scan at the hub: 99% of the time the culprit is printer scaling, not the crop. Re-print with Actual size / 100% — "Fit to page" silently shrinks the bars below scanner tolerance. If it still fails, clean the print head or raise print quality; faded bars read as badly as shrunk ones.
Invoices ended up mixed in among labels: you had Include Invoice ticked but wanted labels only (or the reverse). Re-run with the toggle the other way — no need to re-download anything.
Order numbers restarted mid-batch: numbers run continuously only across files uploaded in the same session. Upload every file of the day's batch together.
File too large for the 10 MB limit: split it into two uploads and process them one after another — numbering keeps counting.

The data is read from the label itself, so the summary sheet can even resolve SKUs from orders whose details sit on separate full-page invoice sheets.
Can I print the date and time on the labels?
Yes. Amazon is one of the few tools where "Print Date & Time on Labels" is genuinely supported — it bakes a %d-%m-%Y %I:%M:%S %p stamp onto every label page while cropping. Handy if your packer needs to prove when a batch was prepared.
Does it work for FBA box labels or FNSKU labels?
No. This tool targets seller-fulfilled (Easy Ship / self-ship) shipping label PDFs from Seller Central — the A4 pages with a big blank margin around each label. FBA shipment box labels are a different template, and FNSKU product barcodes are generated by our separate FNSKU Label Generator tool.
Why is there a 10 MB file-size limit?
A generous combined PDF can weigh several megabytes once it packs hundreds of label + invoice pages. To keep processing fast and reliable, one run is capped at 10 MB of PDFs. If your batch is bigger, split it into two runs — the order numbering keeps counting across runs done in the same session, so nothing gets out of sequence.
Can I crop a full day's orders in one go?
